Shipping and Conditions of Payment

Shipping
Our products are delivered by express courier and will arrive within 48/72 hours.

The deliveries, except when arranged otherwise, will be made by carriers chosen by SESTOGUSTO.

Shipping Costs outside of Italy
For deliveries outside of Italy, the cost depends on the weight and the country. You can contact Customer Care at info@sestogusto.com and we will give you an estimate of the delivery cost.

Shipping Address
You will be asked to supply the information necessary for shipping and for issuing the relevant financial documents. Your information will be handled respecting the law on privacy.

You can have the order delivered to a different address from your own. For example, if you would like to ship it as a gift to a friend.

The delivery of the products will be made to the address indicated.
In case of absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a message.

Delivery Time
Our products are delivered by express courier. The time of delivery is 48 hours for Italy and 3-4 working days from the date of the order for other countries in the European Union. This time frame can be affected by forces beyond our control or due to problems with road conditions.

SestoGusto is not responsible for delivery time during certain periods of the year with intense flow of delivery, such as Christmas and Easter.

Merchandise Broken or Lost during Delivery
SESTOGUSTO assumes responsibility for potential damages or loss of items during delivery and, in such cases, will see to replacing the products at its own expense.

The customer must send his request for substitution to Customer Care within 3 working days from receiving the package.
If the same product is not available or is out of stock, SESTOGUSTO will propose a different product with similar characteristics; the customer can either choose to accept it or ask for a credit note.


Conditions of Payment
The merchandise will be sent upon payment.
Payment can be made by: Credit card or Bank transfer .

Credit card

Using BANKPASS Web you can purchase online with security and protection of privacy and other data guaranteed.
When making a credit card payment your browser communicates directly with the bank’s server through a secure encrypted channel.
Your credit card number cannot be intercepted by anyone because your browser verifies the server’s SSL certificate at the beginning of the transaction.
Sestogusto does not save your credit card information in its database.
You receive a confirmation e-mail after every transaction made with BANKPASS Web.


Bank transfer

The merchandise will be prepared for the order and sent as soon as the bank informs us that the payment has taken place (generally a few days).
