How do I buy online from SestoGusto.com?
Purchasing products from SestoGusto.com is easy, convenient, and allows you to quickly receive our regional specialties. Once you have selected the category that interests you from the menu on the left, you can start navigating the site, reading the descriptions of the products that strike your interest. When you want to buy one of the products, just add it to your shopping cart (from which you can remove the product or change its quantity).
Some products also have suggestions on how they can be used.


The total cost of the order (EXCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS) is calculated automatically when the order is confirmed.
To conclude your purchase, just supply the information requested (Register) which is necessary for the delivery of the goods (name, address, city and country for shipment, email, etc). You can always change your personal data afterwards.
If you are already a customer of ours, all you have to do is login using your user name and password and you will be brought to the final phase of the order.
Next, you will be asked to choose the delivery address and payment type. At the end of the purchase process, you will see a summary of the order, order confirmation with the total price of the products ordered and the type of payment selected. Shortly, you will receive the order at your house by express courier.

Is it possible to send the order to another address?
You will be requested to give the information necessary for the financial transaction; in any case, you can have the products purchased delivered to an address different from your own. For example, if you would like to send a gift to a friend.
The delivery of the products will be made to the address indicated.
In case of absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a message.

If you choose this option, you may not pay by COD.

What happens if the goods are damaged or lost during the delivery?
In case of obvious damage you must refuse the delivery of the goods.
SESTOGUSTO assumes responsibility for potential damages or loss of items during delivery and will see to replacing the products at its own expense.

The customer must send his request for substitution to Customer Care within 3 working days from receiving the package.
If the same product is not available or is out of stock, SESTOGUSTO will propose a different product with similar characteristics; the customer can either choose to accept the proposed product or ask for a credit note.

May I request the invoice of the products purchased online?
Yes, when registering just enter your business name and VAT number where requested.


What is your cancellation and return policy?
Legislative Decree 185 of 22/05/1999 establishes the right for cancelling purchases within 10 working days from the actual purchase.
If you wish to make use of this policy, you must send us notice by registered letter with return receipt to the following address:

When is it not possible to cancel or return orders?
Our cancellation and return policy does not apply to:
perishable food;
specially packaged or personalized goods or goods that cannot be re-sent due to their nature or that risk deteriorating or changing rapidly.

Where are the returned goods to be sent?
When returning products, they must be sent, intact and unused, to:

Within 10 workdays from the date of receiving the product.
The return must be delivered by pre-paid insured mail.
COD and freight collect packages will not be accepted.

How can I pay for the order?
Payment may be made by bank transfer or COD.
(see Conditions of Payment).

Attention: The merchandise will be put together for the order and sent as soon as the bank informs us that the payment has taken place (generally a few days).
